Lately, mental health has felt like this heavy, quiet weight I can’t quite shake. Some days it’s invisible to everyone else, but inside, it’s loud and exhausting. I’ve realized it’s not about “fixing” or “being better” — it’s about sitting with where I am, even when that place is messy and uncomfortable.
If you’re here, maybe you feel that too. Maybe you’re tired of pretending or hiding. So I want to ask you: What does mental wellness look like for you today? How do you hold space for yourself when everything feels tangled?
I don’t have answers, just an open heart and a hope that by sharing this, we remind each other we’re not alone. Even though that how it feels sitted in your bed at midnight.
I hope you are all doing okey
Lots of loves ♥️
